The Capita Group has been appointed as preferred supplier by the Department for Education to run the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS).

TPS online provides the current quick check facility for barred status.

 The seven-year £80m contract, with a three-year extension option, will begin in October when the current contract, also with Capita, ends.
