Our team has been set up by people that have had significant, practical experience of safeguarding across a number of government departments, voluntary sector organisations and regulatory bodies. They have developed policies, led focus groups and consultations and trained many groups.
Some of the team were involved in the Home Office / Dept for Education / Dept of Health review of the CRB system and barring scheme. As the scheme went across several other government departments we are aware of the complex number of policies and organisations involved in establishing safeguarding best practice.
