The Ministry of Justice public consultation will close to comments on 04 March 2011.  It is on the green paper  ‘Breaking the cycle: the effective punishment, rehabilitation and sentencing of offenders’ – dubbed the ‘rehabilitation revolution’ –  and the related review of sentencing policy-
