Implementing Personalised Budgets

A number of organisations (including Mind, Sense RNIB ) who work with people who have very specialised needs came together to discuss the implementation of Personal/Individual Budgets for this group. They have produced a practical guide  for local authorities – Putting Everyone First - to ensure that they consider the full range of factors that need to be taken into account.
